MARTIN (SAM) COOK Jayne Alex and Emily would like to thank all those who attended the funeral and helped to make it such a wonderfully uplifting tribute to our dear Sam. Special thanks to all those PRFC members who helped to get the clubhouse ready in time for the wake and for the help we were given on the day. Grateful thanks too to Richard Hill and his Team, Pip who conducted the service, Helen who did the flowers and lastly Hazel of In The Frame Catering, for the excellent job with the food. Our thanks also to the wonderful care given by the Doctors at Riverside Surgery, the District Nurses, Cheltenham Oncology Dept and St Richard's Hospice. Finally, thank you to all Sam's friends who visited, called, offered assistance or sent cards, flowers or tributes in his last days and following his passing, along with all the very generous donations to St Richard's Hospice and Camden Home Nursing. We are sorry that we did not get the chance to speak with everyone at Sam's funeral but are so pleased and proud that you were part of such a special day.
