PETER JOHN BELCHER Passed away on June 17th 2019, aged 83 years after a long illness Beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Uncle Greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral service at The Vale Crematorium, Fladbury on Friday, June 28th at 2pm. Family flowers only, Donations if desired for the Friends of Pershore Hospital may be sent to E Hill & Son Funeral Directors, Pershore, WR10 1HZ.

It is so sad to hear of Peter's death. I first met Peter (in his role as treasurer of the Friends of Pershore Hospital) while raising funds for the Vale of Evesham Community First Responders. He was always a pleasure to work with. After that I'd regularly bump into him and his wife Dot in Pershore Market on a Saturday morning. He'd always greet me with a smile and be keen to hear how I and the group were getting on. More recently he helped me raise funds for Corran Dean in Cropthorne. He was always willing to put himself out to help me. A gem of a man. A very sad loss. My Saturday mornings will never be the same without the presence of his smile. Rest in peace Peter.
