ROB Oakey won Shipston Angling Club's Aston Magna Tankard third round.
Fifteen anglers tackled the competitive series and with the weather warming the pools up weights are starting to improve.
Oakey's winning weight of 31lb 6oz was made up of mainly small crucian carp.
Andy Bruce was second with 27-13 followed by Chris Hallows with 24-3, Gary Didcock with 21-8, Chris Coleman with 20-0, Les Ashby with 18-14, Stuart Fleming with 15-1 and Colin Barratt with 10-10.
