LITTLETON sealed a double as the Evesham and District Table Tennis Basepoint League season was completed.

The Littleton Clubs squad of Craig Witheford, Steve Cull, John Taylor and Alistair Witheford achieved a 100 per cent record in Division One with 18 wins from 18 played.

JLM Hawks finished second and Littleton Positives third.

Craig Witheford narrowly missed out on the Division One top player award after a defeat by Matt Hartwell of Wyre Elite in one of the last matches of the season.

Hartwell finished top with 38 wins from 39 played.

Witheford was second with 48 from 50.

Luke Moffat of JLM Owls finished third.

Littleton Dolphins finished champions of Division Two with 20 wins and one draw.

Dolphins made use of an extensive squad with captain John Mckay rotating players regularly throughout the season.

Jamie Chinn-Brown played 38 games, Simon Robinson 30, Mckay 21, Vladimir Averin 18, Murat Shafigullin 18, Ben Robinson 17, Jade Ngan 15, Karen Chu 15 and Daniel Reynolds 14.

Alex Emms (Littleton Cobras) was top of the Division Two player averages followed by Chinn-Brown in second place and Paul Bruner (Littleton Bears) in third.
