FOURTEEN Evesham Jubilee AS members travelled down to Twyning on the river for the latest Avon Series match.
Tony Hemming put together a fine bag of roach to win the match with 6lb 13oz 0dr.
Second again with a net of roach was Ian Pitman with 2-2 while third was Andy Mitchell with 2-0.
The two sections winners were Gary Seadon who proved his running water class, weighing in 1-15 from an area that produced little for the other anglers.
Graham Mytton, another river specialist, won the other section with 1-11.
Gloucester Canal was the venue for Evesham WMC's Vic Guise Cup.
Rob Andrews won by catching bream on the pole for a winning weight of 20-0.
Rick Huxley caught late on in the match for 17-4.
Robin Locke caught on the feeder for 12-5.
Section winners were Gareth Beck (6-4) and Stuart Robinson (6-5).
