CAPTAIN Shaleen Barrett landed the winning double as Evesham North won the ladies' darts final of the Wychavon Parish Games.
Barrett's successful checkout successfully defended the crown against plucky challengers Broadway as Evesham won 3-2.
Ken Baker (North & Middle Littleton) and John McKay (Evesham South) toppled Sedgeberrow pair Matt Hartwell and Jessica Hull in the senior table tennis 3-2.
The losing semi-finalists were Wyre Piddle and Badsey with representatives from Inkberrow, Broadway, Hill & Moor, Honeybourne, Ashton-under-Hill, Bretforton, Wick, Harvington and Eckington all taking part.
North & Middle Littleton duo Craig and Ali Witheford overcame Bretforton's Jamie and Lawrence Brown to defend the junior title, producing the same result as the past two years. Evesham Bengeworth, Badsey, South Littleton, Ashton-under-Hill and Wyre Piddle also took part.
Presentations from this year's events will take place at Bretforton Sports Club on Thursday, November 23.
