TONY Worley was the star turn as Crowle emerged victorious in the angling at the Wychavon Parish Games.
Worley was one of three section winners alongside Rod Croft (Wick) and Don West from runners-up Bretforton.
Crowle claimed the top prize overall by a tight margin over Bretforton with Wick third and defending champions Sedgeberrow in fourth.
There were 11 teams on anglers competing in the event held on the River Avon on Saturday with the going tough for most competitors.
Other parishes represented included Evesham Little Hampton, Fladbury, Broadway, Inkberrow, Hill & Moor, Harvington and Wyre Piddle.
The overall individual winner of the day was Tony Bench (Sedgeberrow) ahead of Mitch Guise (Broadway) and Owen Robinson (Evesham Little Hampton).
In the dominoes, Bretforton and Crowle will contest one semi-final, while Wick will play the winners of Badsey and Hill & Moor in the other.
Wyre Piddle will play Bretforton in the first semi-final in the pool competition with Inkberrow facing Bredon in the other.
The presentation evening takes place at Bretforton Sports Club on November 23.
