EVESHAM’S Aimee Lane added to her title collection with a girls’ under 13s victory at the Cycling Time Trials National Youth Championships for the GHS Trophies.
The 13-year-old was invited to the 10-mile final in Cambridgeshire after a glorious season of results in various events.
Prince Henry’s High School pupil Lane finished more than a minute in front of the second-placed girl in her age category.
The Wyre Forest Cycle Racing Club rider will receive her medal at an official ceremony in January.
Her mother Ellie said: “She’s over the moon that all the hard work has led to her winning.
“We believe she finished in the top third of the riders with most of them being both boys and girls and older aged up to 16.”
Lane has already been crowned Welsh juvenile girls’ time trial champion after winning in Pontypool.
