EVESHAM Jubilee AS members enjoyed a six-hour afternoon fishery match on the Jubilee pool which led to some good weights.

John Swain won the match off peg 10 with 90lb 9oz just ahead of Dave Dowditch off 18 with 89-9.

Third was Martin Smith off peg 13 with 74-10.

Section winners were Andy Mitchell (66-8), Chris Taylor (63-2) and Rob Hollaway (47-2).

The third round of the Evesham WMC Aggregate Cup was fished at Drakes Broughton where Stuart Robinson had a strong start.

He put 12 fish in the net in the first half-an-hour and then slowed down to finish with 28-12 of carp and F1s.

Vic Woods caught small carp throughout for 25-15 while Mark Sparrow caught off the top for 24-14.

Section winners were Rick Huxley (8-7) and Rob Andrews (23-8).
