THE first of the knockout finals in this year's Wychavon Parish Games took place at Bretforton Sports Club.
The crib event saw Broadway and Sedgeberrow locking horns and it proved a close-fought affair with Broadway eventually edging ahead to take the title.
The winners are also taking part in the ladies' darts final against Evesham at the Railway on Wednesday.
The semi-finalists in the pool are Evesham North, Eckington, Bretforton and Evesham Bengeworth.
Evesham Hampton are already through to the final of the dominoes where they will meet the winner of Wick and Evesham Bengeworth.
In the men's darts, Bretforton will meet the winners of Eckington and Wick.
The presentation evening will take place on Thursday, November 27 at Bengeworth Social Club, Coronation Street starting at 7.30pm.
