EVESHAM United hope to see football legends Bryan Robson and Andy Cole grace their new stadium next month.

The squads have been announced for the clash between Evesham United Old Boys and Manchester United Legends to open the Spiers & Hartwell Jubilee Stadium on Saturday, July 7 (2.30pm).

Former England captain Robson and striking star Cole are included for Man United but the team will be announced closer to the time. Other big names in the squad include Denis Irwin, and Sammy McIlroy.

Fans of Evesham, managed by Mick Brennan, will also get to see some familiar names from their past, including former boss Paul West. Robins chairman Jim Cockerton said the access to the stadium will be completed and ready for use in time for the opener.
