BOURTON Rovers and Moreton Rangers will look to make the most of home comforts when they hit the cup trail on Saturday.

Rovers host Shortwood United reserves in the Bluefin Sport Hellenic League Supplementary Cup, while Rangers take on Hellenic Premier outfit Oxford City Nomads in the Challenge Cup (both 1.30).

Moreton, currently second in Division Two West, will have to bridge a two-tier gap in order to progress but Will Leach and Liam Talboys will be suspended for the visitors.

Both sides missed out on league action due to the weather on Saturday, as did Midland Football League Division Three side Shipston Excelsior.

Third-placed Excelsior had been due to try to dent the 100 per cent record of GNP Sports and are set to resume action with a journey to Birmingham-based CT Shush on Saturday (2pm).

Shipston head into the clash on the back of two victories, while Shush have not won in four outings.
