EVESHAM United aim to make it nine points from eight days as they visit Mangotsfield United in Evo-Stik Southern League Division One South and West tomorrow (3pm).

Paul Collicutt’s Robins have bounced back from two consecutive defeats with Jubilee Stadium wins over Bridgwater Town (1-0) last Saturday and Winchester City (3-1) on Wednesday night.

Now Evesham head to Bristol side Mangotsfield who made life difficult for runaway leaders Hereford FC in midweek before the Bulls emerged with a 1-0 victory.

The Robins are bidding to cement their play-off position in third position three points behind Tiverton Town and 10 ahead of Salisbury who are just outside the play-off zone.

Hereford are 15 points ahead of Tiverton before seventh-placed Taunton Town’s visit to Edgar Street tomorrow (3pm).

Meanwhile, Westfields’ striker Nick Harrhy has moved to Cinderford Town in the Southern League Premier Division after receiving seven days’ notice.

Midland League Premier Division side Fields have signed striker Nathan Hodge from Shawbury United.

Hodge has scored 25 goals in just 22 appearances in all competitions this season, including four against Fields earlier this month.
