TWO of Kidderminster Harriers’ greatest goal-scorers pitted their wits against each other when Pershore Town took on Bewdley Town in the FA Vase.

Paul Davies put one over his former Harriers strike partner Kim Casey on Saturday as his Bewdley side won 2-1 to progress to the second qualifying round.

The duo, who scored almost 500 goals between them at Kiddy, are assistant managers at the two clubs, with Davies the number two to another ex-Harriers player Phil Mullen at Bewdley.

There was further Kidderminster interest on the pitch as Darren Steadman was in goal for Bewdley, while Casey’s son Olly provided the assist for Pershore’s goal.
