EVESHAM Rugby Club is playing host to a team of professional coaches from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.

It is one of 100 clubs taking part in a national programme that has been designed to expose their young players to the latest coaching techniques and methods from the Southern Hemisphere.

The programme has been put together by Socious Sports who are bringing 50 professional coaches to the UK this year to help run their courses.

Coaches include Graeme Torrie - a Level 3 Kiwi coach who used to play for the NZ Barbarians, Ant-hony Heugh - head coach of the South African Under-19 squad and Mark Burman a Super 14 player with Waikato Chiefs.

Courses run for five days starting at 9.30am and finishing at 3.15pm and are aimed at players of all abilities.

The camp at Evesham is taking place during the week starting August 11 and parents or coaches looking for more information or wishing to book a place on the course should contact Socious Sports on 01727 817191 or visit their website at www.socioussports.com.
