SHIPSTON'S young tennis stars continued their winning ways at the county finals of the Mini Tennis Red Classic held at the David Lloyd Centre in Solihull.
They overcame teams from Edgbaston Priory Club and Blossomfield to emerge Warwickshire champions in a close fought tussle.
Mini tennis red is designed for children aged eight and under and gives them a sound base on which to build their game.
There are still places available for youngsters aged four to 17 in Shipston's junior coaching programme.
The club runs two mens and three ladies teams during the summer and welcomes adults of all abilities for team and/or social play.
