DANNY Andrews enjoyed success at Childswickham Gun Club’s monthly shoot.

Andrews mastered the windy conditions to win the down the line competition with a score of 61 out of 75, including two second barrel hits. He also took the overall high gun of the day prize with a combined sporting layout score of 30 out of 40.

Hot on his heels were Dave Andrews, John Arnold, Phil Clarke and Ian Holmes who all scored 29 out of 40.

The next shoot is the Mick Emms compact sporting trophy on Sunday, October 28.
