Newbould still leads standings

JOE Newbould extended his lead following the fourth round of the East Midlands Racing Association Formula 600 Championship.
The Moreton-in-Marsh motorbike racer qualified third for the races, managing third and second finishes.
But in the Superstock 600 Championship, the 23-yearold was fifth after qualifying before finishing third and fourth in a close contest.
Newbould is second in the standings with two rounds left, starting on August 19.
