THREE Pershore Phoenix paddlers have been selected for the Great Britain Seniors racing team for the European Championships.

Dave Cole, Andrew Forrest and Jonathan Small will compete at the event in Nottingham in July.

Pershore Phoenix are currently top of the BDA Standard League after two rounds. On September 16, the club hosts a charity dragon boat racing event in aid of the Acorns charity as part of West Midlands Community Games.
