Birdseye Sports Evesham Sunday League.
ONLY three games survived the heavy frost.
Offenham Rovers took the honours in the battle of the bottom two in the second division against Bredon.
A Malone double had put Bredon ahead after Hickman had given Rovers the lead. Rovers levelled before the interval before taking their chances in the second-half with goals from Tustin, Jordan and Lake to earn a welcome win and close the gap on the teams above.
Ashton came came from behind to complete a quick double over Northway and open up a five-point lead at the top of Division Three.
Hughes gave Northway the lead before a second-half Watkin trebleand a Walton strike turned the game around. Ashton will hope they don’t suffer a repeat of last year when they threw away promotion with a disastrous final month of the season.
In Division Four, form side George & Dragon moved third with victory over Badsey. First-half goals from Barker, Hart and an own goal maintained their recent good run.
All the cancelled WFA County Cup matches have been rearranged for this weekend.
