EVESHAM team Jones Dorling Racing secured top 20 places in the British Superbike Championship's Superstock support series at Brands Hatch.
Cameron Fraser and Ewan Potter qualified 23rd and 28th respectively on the Yamaha 600s before having a race-long battle with each other and rivals.
Potter went ahead until lap 11 when Fraser overtook at Stirlings but the roles were quickly reversed.
Potter kept his cool to finish 18th with Fraser 19th over 16 laps.
Team owner Chris Jones said: “The first rule is to beat your team-mate which these two are definitely going for!"
Electrical issues that hampered Ashley Beech's BMW 1000 for the last few rounds worsened, resulting in a retirement.
The team are buying a new bike to give Beech an opportunity to compete in the top group.
The next round is this weekend at Thruxton.
