ADAM Flintham won both the gross and nett prizes at The Vale Golf and Country Club's annual men’s club championships.
With a field full of contenders playing 36 holes over two days, Flintham, playing off a handicap of 10, fired a scoreboard-leading 80 gross on the first day.
He kept his cool in scorching temperatures while the competition melted away.
On day two Flintham came home with 79 gross, giving him a total of 159 that put him four shots ahead of runner-up Lee Juliff and third-placed Darren Baker.
