EVESHAM'S juniors bagged the Victor Ludorum at Stratford’s summer regatta for the third time in the last four years.

Thirty crews entered 19 events to secure seven wins.

Boys' winners trophies were presented to the successful Sam McClenahan and Duncan Repton in their singles and they joined Jack Harris and Ollie Parr in the quad coxed by Tom Hill.

The girls showed equal skill and determination with wins from singles Maddy Cross, Georgie Banton by four lengths and Kate Dufty who beat her opponent from Royal Grammar School Worcester easily.

They were joined by regular doubles partners Ella Shalom and Becca Parkin and they also joined Hannah Jones and Evie Nutton in the quad.

Coaches Jacob Organ and Dave Parkin also congratulated Toby Haycock, Rachel Egan, Emily Jones and Kate Unwin who won through their heats but lost out in the finals.
