DUMBLETON are getting ready for the launch of All Stars Cricket.
The ECB initiative introduces the sport to children aged five to eight.
Dumbleton intend to give more than 40 youngsters their first experience of cricket running for 13 weeks from Friday between 6.30pm and 7.30pm.
After signing up online, every boy and girl gets their own goodie bag including a backpack, cricket bat and ball, personalised T-shirt, cap and activity book.
Peter Boorman, junior manager at Dumbleton, said: “We’ve always started them young at Dumbleton but the All Stars programme will help us bring even more youngsters into the game and make every session even more fun.
“The session plans look great and I’m really looking to see the positive impact this will have at the club.”
