AN EVESHAM Wheelers trio rode the The Cumbrian 200 over a 203-kilometre audax starting from Troutbeck Bridge, Cumbria.
Steve Goodbier, Gareth Griffiths and Justin Neales tackled the challenging anti-clockwise tour of the Lakes near Windermere, taking in Caldbeck, Buttermere, Wasdale Head, Duddon Valley and Coniston.
The trio completed the event in 11.5 hours at an average speed of 13.4mph with 3,988 metres of climbing.
On the same day, Wheelers’ Andrew Dickinson completed the London to Paris ride in 22 hours while raising money for the Cyclists Fighting Cancer charity.
