FIFTEEN Bourton Roadrunners tackled a fast Carterton 10-kilometre course.

In cool, windy conditions, Roadrunners’ Chris Krzyweic came home fourth in 36 minutes 20 seconds, three minutes behind the winner.

Shona Crombie-Hicks was second woman in 37.32 and Ewen Smith did 39.43.

Steph Lane was in fine form as fifth lady in 41.25, with Andrew Evans clocking 45.47.

Debbie Davidson set a personal best of 46.31, just pipping Ali Lane, who was first woman over 45 in 46.37.

Brian Hulcup was second man over 60 in 47.16, with Chris Dry running 48.13.

Liz Hulcup was first woman over 60 in 48.55, with Kerry-Anne Taylor recording 51.09, Gill Carrick 52.38, Linda Edwards 55.57, Lynn Hudson 56.33, and Darren Davidson one hour 11 seconds.

In the Shakespeare Raceways 5km at Long Marston Airfield, Susan Hunt finished sixth and first woman in 22.25 and 10-year-old Christopher Hunt was seventh and first junior in a PB of 22.38.

Steph Holton was eighth and second woman in 23.00, while Gary Holton returned from injury with 30.37.
