BREDON’s defeat to Dumbleton opened up the Worcestershire Indoor Cricket League Evesham Division title race.
The leaders only scored a below-par 89-5 and their opponents raced past the target on 91-2 with two overs left.
Bredon’s Martin Hill scored 36 and Clive Fenney 24 but Tom Green (0-16) and Tom Clarkson, with two wickets, restricted the run-rate.

Chris Ayliffe (41no), Adam Wiffin (47) and Will Davies (23) impressed with the bat before Geo Capaldi took 2-20.
