EVESHAM Jubilee AS’s annual fur and feather at Jubilee Fishery involved 38 anglers on a cold morning.

Alan Neale won from Jubilee pool peg 27 with 17lb 10oz ahead of Ray Nosworthy on the Withies with 12-14.

Ken Grove (10-11), Bob Evans (10-5) and Derek Hopkins, with one fish of 10-2, followed. Graham Mytton (9-9), Bob Haynes (8-11), Chris Taylor (7-11) and Alan Gardner (5-6) won sections.

Anglers return to the fishery’s Withies pool on Sunday for the members’ bottle match with an 8.45am draw.

Meanwhile, Evesham WMC's winter league second round was on Boundary pool at Harvington's Manor Farm Leisure.

Stuart Robinson landed 27-10 of carp on the pole and pellet to win.

Iain Lewis fished the bomb and pellet for 20-12 of carp, while Bryan Townley caught 16-8.
