Former CCS player Chris Holmes played as Great Britain lost 11-4 and drew 7-7 with France in Besancon.
The Cotswolds’ Georgia Palmer, Laura Geddes, Fran Musgrave, Lisa Palmer and Debbie Honour figured as the women won 3-0 and lost 4-3.
