IMPRESSIVE scores came in at Broadway despite arctic temperatures and a biting wind.

Thirty ladies played the nine-hole winter stableford and a fine 22 points gave Rhiannon Gadsby-Evans a welldeserved first place.

Pat Righton’s 20 was enough for second, while Brenda Whittingham, third on count-back, and Juliet Bourne tied on 15. The winter league’s penultimate round follows with a better ball stableford allowing 20 pairs to improve their chances of topping the leaderboard.
