MORETON-in-Marsh sidecar racing ace Wayne Lockey is preparing for a busy 2013 calendar of events.
The speedster teams up with passenger Luke Capewell, of Tamworth, in the Real Racing crew to compete on circuits all over Great Britain, including on the Isle of Man.
They are entered in the British Motorcycle Racing Club Championship which covers prestigious circuits and includes tough competition against world champions.
The Isle of Man TT will be their main event, though, in May and June with star rider Lockey hoping to beat his previous best finish achieved so far which was 11th position.
Lockey and Capewell also aim for a podium place this time at the island’s Southern 100 where last year the Cotswold driver fought hard against a qualify field to finish a record fourth.
