SHIPSTON-on-Stour Rugby Club put up a good fight at fourth-placed Droitwich Spa in Midlands Two West (South) before going down 13-3. The Warwickshire side are second-from-bottom and four points behind Leamington after a disciplined defensive display from both sides. In a fairly uneventful game, Shipston kicked a second-half penalty with their hosts bagging two tries and a penalty. Shipston face mid-table Dunlop on Saturday. Picture: JOHN ANYON. 0713248804
