JONJO JOY: Cotswold horse Eastlake, ridden by Richie McLernon, wins at Sandown in the Betfred Handicap Chase.
JONJO O’Neill has five early entries for the John Smith’s Grand National at Aintree on April 6.
The 2012 runner-up Sunnyhillboy, denied by a nose by Neptune Collonges, is a possible for the £975,000 showpiece.
Former Gold Cup hero Imperial Commander, trained by Naunton’s Nigel Twiston-Davies, is a possible but more likely to concentrate on retaining the big Cheltenham prize.
As well as Sunnyhillboy, Temple Guiting-based O’Neill could call on dual Ryanair Chase winner Albertas Run, Cheltenham Festival victor Alfie Sherrin, Lost Glory and Mister Hyde.
Meanwhile, Eastlake (11-2) won the Betfred ‘The Home Of Goals Galore’ Handicap Chase at Sandown with Richie McLernon’s mount beating Lord Singer by six lengths.
