FOOTIE fans in Worcester are gearing up for tonight's World Cup match between England and Tunisia.

The game, due to start at 7pm, currently has a predicted win for England at 68 per cent, a 22 per cent chance of a draw and just a 10 per cent chance of Tunisia snatching the victory.

Pubs and homes throughout the city are preparing for kick-off

Numerous pubs in the city, including O'Neill's and The Courtyard in Nicholas Street, The Bedwardine on Bromyard Road, Drummonds on New Street, Mode in Angel Place and Brewers Arms on Comer Road, The Glover's Needle on Windermere Drive, Warndon, The Bull Inn Fernhill Heath, Rileys in Shrub Hill Industrial Estate and Blackpole Inn, Blackpole Road, will be broadcasting the match.

󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿Matt Townsend recommends the Bedwardine pub in Bromyard Road, Worcester, for having an "awesome screen and atmosphere" to watch the match while Dana Hughes says Malvern Town Football Club is the best place to be tonight.

The Brewers Arms, St John's, Worcester, is also offering a four pint pitcher of Carling for £12 and free food at half-time.

Rileys, which has three metre HD screens, is providing drinks and food deals to compliment the event.

Emma Wall, of Swaledale Court, Worcester, has dressed her home in true patriotic style, and is watching the match at home with her children Roxanne, eight, Sophia, six, and Tilly-Rose, four.

Steve and Rach Warrier are watching the game at their Droitwich home with sons Jenson, aged 13, and Miles, aged 12, as well as their almost one-year-old Cockapoo Honey, who is donning her very own England shirt.

Posting on Twitter, West Mercia Police reminded football fans to not drink and drive. 

The post said: "Watching the footie today? Alcohol affects everyone differently. Even just one drink could put you over the limit. If you’re driving, don’t risk it #dontletthesidedown"
