A Herefordshire meditation centre will open its doors to newcomers next month.
The Dhamma Dipa Vipassana Centre's annual open day takes place on Sunday, July 1 from 2pm to 6pm.
Visitors are invited to try out ancient meditation techniques which are said to help users find peace, calm and mindfulness.
During the open day at the Pencoyd site, visitors can take part in a tour of the centre, enjoy introductory talks and films on Vipassana meditation, woodland walks and meditation taster sessions.
Shelina Hetherington, a GP in Llanwarne says of the Centre: “I learned something very special here: how to stay calm, content and happy through all of life’s ups and downs.”
All are welcome to the event and admission is free.
