RESIDENTS are being invited to pack up the hampers and champers and join the crowd at the annual Battle Proms Picnic Concert on the stunning grounds overlooking the lake at Ragley Hall.
In 2017 the Battle Proms, a firmly established favourite in the local calendar, celebrated its 20th anniversary with a very special addition to the programme, inviting The Red Devils, the Parachute Regiment and British Army's official display team, to perform a freefall demonstration in the skies above the show.
This year this daring team will once again be performing alongside the usual breathtaking pyrotechnic effects with the cannon fire and fireworks for which the Battle Proms have become famous.
There will also be a host of other activities, events, and displays at the family-friendly concert.
It is on August 11.
