A MAN has been cut free from the roof of his car and taken to hospital following a crash in Bromsgrove.

Police, fire, and ambulance services attended the incident at around 11am on Tuesday, November 21, on Bishop Hall Crescent. 

A man, a 64-year-old, had to be cut free from the roof of his car by fire crews from Redditch and Bromsgrove, following a collision between a car and a parked car. 

A West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesman added: "We were called by police at 11am to Bishop Hall Crescent in Bromsgrove.

"One ambulance and a paramedic officer attended a road traffic collision involving a car and a parked car.

"We treated a man in his 60s who suffered facial injuries and suspected pelvic injuries.

"He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham."
