A NEW 'Knitter Knatter' group in Bromsgrove hand-made knitted spring chicks for each of the 30 elderly residents at Housman Court care home.
The chicks were delivered to the Housman Park home, accompanied by 30 creme eggs, on Wednesday morning (April 19).
Care home activities organiser Carina McAuliffe said: "Residents and staff were overwhelmed with the effort that had home into them especially as some of the group hadn't knitted for many years."
The Knitter Knatter group are now appealing for donations of wool and needles. Anyone able to help is urged to contact Housman Court on 01527 575440.
