BEYOND The Bay, an up and coming band hailing from Dudley, are gearing up for their headline show in Digbeth.
The indie rockers met at Ellowes Hall Sports College and formed after discovering a mutual love for the music genre.
Since then, they have played a number of venues in and around Birmingham, including the O2 Academy and The Sunflower Lounge.
Sam Foley (lead vocals and rhythm guitar), Ben Griffin (backing vocals and lead guitar), Ben Buffery (bass guitar) and Dan Harris (drums) have been influenced by Queens of the Stone Age and describe their sound as "electric and energetic".
Crowds at The Courtyard, located within The Rainbow Pub on High Street, on Saturday (July 2), can expect a lively performance with a variety of covers and original material, including their new single Who Were You Expecting?
The band will be supported by Spilt Milk Society, Alfresco Love Sounds and Override plus guests.
Tickets for the show, which starts at 6pm, are £7 on the door.
