THE following appeared at Dudley Magistrates Court between September 1 and 3:

Stuart Neil Williams, aged 36, of Fens Crescent, Brierley Hill, was fined £100 for using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Brierley Hill on November 7, 2014. He must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £100 court costs.

Craig Anthony Davies, aged 39, of Eagle Close, Russells Hall, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £69.92, from Sainsbury’s, Brierley Hill, on August 28. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Fitzgerald Wilson Jarrett, aged 55, of Oldbury Road, Oldbury, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for stealing items, worth £78.71, from Tesco Extra, Dudley, on August 3. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on August 26, having been released on bail. He must pay a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Sukvinder Singh Timana, aged 48, of New Birmingham Road, Dudley, was given a two month community order for stealing items, worth £83.76, from Asda, Cape Hill, on July 29, while subject to a conditional discharge. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on August 26, having been released on bail. He was given a two month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am and pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Joshua Ryan Moore, aged 18, of Hazel Road, Kingswinford, was fined £165 for causing £50 worth of damage to a door in Brierley Hill on September 1. He must pay compensation of £50, a victim surcharge of £20 and £235 court costs.

Ian James Rollinson, aged 22, of Wellington Road, Dudley, was given an 18 month community order for stealing items worth £189.83, from stores in Kingswinford, Netherton and Wolverhampton between June 7 and August 4. He was also sentenced for failing to surrender to custody at Dudley Magistrates Court on July 31, having been released on bail. He must pay compensation of £60, a victim surcharge of £60 and £235 court costs.

Michael Charles Meakin, aged 54, of Ketley Hill Road, Russells Hall, was discharged conditionally for 12 months for causing £600 worth of damage to a front door in Dudley on July 9. He must pay compensation of £600, a victim surcharge of £15 and £235 court costs.

Ryan Justin Harlow, aged 19, of Hill Side Road, Wrens Nest, was given a 12 month community order for causing £1,500 worth of damage to the interior of a flat in Brierley Hill between February 21 and 24. He must carry out 200 hours unpaid work, pay compensation of £1,500, a victim surcharge of £60 and £85 court costs.

Wayne Mark Norgrove, aged 56, of Gower Road, Halesowen, was given a 12 month community order for driving dangerously in Halesowen on January 20. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and must carry out 200 hours unpaid work. He was given a three month curfew and for the duration must remain at his home address between 7pm and 7am. He must pay a victim surcharge of £60 and £700 court costs.
