FITNESS fanatics can start the day with a spring in their step after the Crystal Leisure Centre announced a programme of daytime classes.
The Dudley Council owned facility in Bell Street, Stourbridge, is running an array of classes from aerobics classes to martial arts workouts.
The programme of adult fitness classes includes a variety of morning sessions starting between 9.30am and 12.15pm and costing from £4.80.
The early classes include body conditioning and step classes on Mondays, legs, bums and tums, low impact aerobics, spinning and line dancing on Tuesdays, aquafit, bodybalance and line dancing on Wednesdays, low impact aerobics and tone and stretch classes on Thursdays and aquafit, bodypump and bodycombat on Fridays. Various yoga classes also run every weekday morning.
Weekend morning classes include bodyattack and bodyjam on Saturdays and legs, bums and tums and bodycombat on Sundays.
Councillor Rachel Harris, Dudley's cabinet member for health and wellbeing, said: “Exercising in the day can really improve everything that you do, it kick starts you to stay active and make positive choices.
“The great range of classes that is available at the Crystal Leisure Centre proves there really is something for everyone.”
