YOUNGSTERS from a Vale school dined out at their local for this year's Christmas dinner.
The pupils at Cleeve Prior First School were welcomed with open arms to the Kings Arms in the village near Evesham on Thursday (December 18).
They all enjoyed a special Christmas lunch and were also joined by Father Christmas, who brought each one a surprise gift.
Sarah Newbury, headteacher, said: "They had a superb Christmas lunch provided by Chris and Pete and served to them by the ladies of the parent teacher association. The icing on the cake was the surprise visit from Santa who happened to have a present for every child."
