A KIND hearted fundraiser who set aside her own illness to support good causes has continued her work despite losing her battle with cancer in June.
Journalist Sarah Veall was well known for her fundraising and kind disposition, organising neighbourhood parties that raised more than £1,500 a time, particularly for St Richard's Hospice.
This is a legacy she carried on, asking everyone to make a donation in her name following her funeral, on July 4.
In total £834 was raised for the hospice in memory of Sarah.
