FATHER Christmas made a surprise visit to Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery's Christmas party last week laden with gifts for 90 children.
They were delighted when Santa arranged for his elves to magically transform a new classroom at the nursery in Tysoe into a grotto for the duration of his stay.
Jess Reeve -Taylor, Winchcombe Farm Day Nursery's business manager, said: "Some people did think that Father Christmas resembled the nursery owner, Steve Taylor, but I think that just may have been a strange coincidence."
The nursery also held an outdoor carol service around the Christmas tree for children and parents last week, which over 100 people attended.
