THE Chipping Campden and District Rotary Club broke all its previous fundraising records at this years Christmas Fayre.
Members of the public donated in memory of loved ones commemorated by the lights on the tree, kindly donated by the Hon. Philip Smith.
Approximately £2000 was raised from the Tree of Light, an increase of 25 percent since last year.
The stall at the fayre received large crowds throughout the event and extra supplies of mulled wine had to be brought in more than once.
Over £700 was raised with exact figures still to be confirmed, compared to £500 last year.
All the money raised will be given to local charities.
