A TEAM of Year 11 and Sixth form students from Chipping Norton School have rocketed to the final of the UK Space Settlement Design Competition (UKSDC).
Students Adam Urwick, Mark Ferguson, Jordan Eriksen, Zoe Foster, Joseph Jaffe, Maddie Cullen, Jake Burtonwood, Trystan Surawy-Stepney and Abigail Hollis will compete to design a fully-functioning space settlement in the final of the International competition at Imperial College, London, this weekend.
If Chipping Norton School are part of the winning team of the UK competition then selected members of the team will have the honour of representing the UK at the international final in the Johnson Space Centre in Houston, Texas.
