PEOPLE in Winchcombe can show their love for their library and celebrate National Libraries Day.
Libraries across Gloucestershire are taking part in the celebrations on Saturday, February 8 which will include meet the authors, Baby Bounce and Rhyme and the mobile library will be out and about around the county.
A Love your library event is taking place at Winchcombe library with stories and bunting craft 11am to noon.
Councillor Dorcas Binns, cabinet member with responsibility for libraries, said “National Libraries Day is the culmination of a week’s worth of celebrations in school, college, university, workplace and public libraries across the UK.
"There are lots of events going on around Gloucestershire and I hope plenty of people are able to go along and share their love of libraries.”
