A TEAM of 25 students from all year groups at Prince Henry’s High School produced a newspaper called The Prince’s Herald as part of national Newsday.

The group was headed by year 12 students Charlotte Brown and Robert Maher, who worked as joint editors presiding over their team of reporters who wrote a range of interesting local and national stories.

Miss Brown said: “Overall it was a huge success, even though we faced unforeseen challenges and a few hiccups.

“It was a very rewarding experience for all involved.

“After a very hectic day, we finally pulled it all together and finished the newspaper at 5pm with the help of excellent team work.

“There has been even more interest due to Newsday in all year groups, with the lower years showing enthusiasm to continue taking part in Newsday in the coming years.”
