Rail services through Worcester hit by emergency work.
Update 5.40pm:
Network Rail says it hopes services will be resumed at 6pm.
OWING to emergency engineering work between Moreton-In-Marsh and Evesham, the railway line is blocked.
Train services running through these stations may be cancelled or delayed by up to 75 mins at short notice.
An estimate for the resumption of normal services will be provided as soon as the problem has been fully assessed.
London Midland Trains, Virgin Trains and Cross Country Trains will accept First Great Western Passengers via Birmingham New Street to/from Oxford, Reading and London Euston.
Local road transport is being arranged to cover local journeys.
