EASTERN traditions and culture have been on the menu for children at a Vale school. Pupils at Cropthorne with Charlton CE First School, who have been enjoying their enhanced studies of India, have been busy learning about the country by visiting temples and learning dances. They have also been sampling Indian cuisine with a visit to the Blue Lagoon, Waterside, Evesham. All this has been made possible thanks to the school securing an Awards for All grant allowing them to explore the Indian culture across the curriculum.
Pictured sampling the fare at the Blue Lagoon are Amelie Foulds, Taylor Morrice and Phoebe Smith.
